Our pasta tray meals: Beef Lasagna, Spinach & Ricotta Cannelloni and Beef Cannelloni. All made from scratch - including the fresh pasta - by our Italian chef. Just pop in the oven till golden brown and then devour. A meal the whole family will enjoy. Perfect for keeping in the freezer until those I've-run-out-of-time-and-don't-know-what-to-cook days.

On in Canberra at the Palace Electric this month as part of the British Film Festival. Featuring Toby Wilson, our own Australian chef who travelled over to Scotland to take part and ended up being a Finalist

Teriyaki Chicken - one of our best sellers (some people ordering up to 8 or 9 at a time). Single Serve, with sushi rice and edamame beans, and also in a meal-to-share size.

It’s also high protein – with 45.1g in the Single Serve

Chicken pieces are marinaded in a Teriyaki Sauce - soy sauce, sake and mirin - and then grilled till perfectly cooked. You can tell it's been hand-cooked as the sauce and the chicken have 'caught' on the grill, giving that authentic slight 'charring' which intensifies the flavour of the chicken and the sauce.

Our vegetables - broccoli, and edamame - are gently stewed till al dente - highlighting both their flavour and colour.

These are served with a sushi rice. (The very best bits are those at the bottom of the pack where they have absorbed the sauce!)

Our Cottage Pie. The perfect comfort food - warming & nurturing & homely. (Plus, it’s gluten-free)

Our chef’s tried and true recipe base is of pure Aussie lamb and beef, gently cooked in our own home-made stock and gravy. The pie is topped off with our soft mashed potato that's made with a generous amount of butter. (No ‘milk solids’ or ‘thickeners’ here, it’s made the old-fashioned way with real milk and butter.

Perfect for a really satisfying dinner when you feel like a little nurturing - or as a rainy day lunch. A meal in itself on it’s own - or try serving with some extra green peas, or lightly steamed beans and carrots.

Available as a Single Serve (350g), and also as a meal to share for 2-3 (800g)

Our new Single Serve - Chicken Tagine with Couscous.
Known for being packed full of flavour, tagines (called after the conical dishes they are cooked in) are slow-cooked stews, that originate from the North African-Mediterranean countries - and are perhaps most well-known as Moroccan.

This version uses lean chicken, together with apricots, dates, preserved lemons, black olives, and spices: coriander, cumin paprika, ginger, turmeric, cayenne pepper and cinnamon. The spices give tremendous depth of flavour, with a background warmth (without being "spicy")

The couscous is also given extra flavour by being cooked in vegetable stock, with carrot and parsley.

All hand-cooked by our Singaporean chef so they are real food, not factory-manufactured copies. The spices reveal themselves layer by layer to give true depth of flavour.
