Large-scale team building? Challenge accepted.

At Tangalooma Resort, Sanitarium brought their teams together under the theme Power of Us — focusing on Purpose, Portfolio, and People. Our challenge, The Banana Life Hustle, was designed to bring that vision to life.

Every team went all-in: detectives, pirates, race car drivers, tennis stars, superheroes, minions… you name it. The creativity and connection were incredible to watch.

The best part for us? Hearing this from our client:
