Winner Winner Chicken Dinner... Yes, Brownlow Award was a massive win for Chicken Enchiladas. Followed by Roast Beef Dinner, Vietnamese Pork Patties, Puttanesca Pasta and Chicken Sweetcorn Soup.
Some new sides, Yorkshire Pudding for the Roast Beef and Garlic Bread for Pasta.
Burnt Basque Cheesecake for dessert.

Welcome Back Dinner Club Family 😀.
After a week away prancing around Enemy Territory in Mexico, stomping on Cockroaches🪳 and freezing 🥶 all my extremities. Good to be back in the Sunshine State ready to battle the dirty blues Wednesday night 💪.
We'll jump straight into the Lickity Brownlow Award as we have a few obviously arbitrage betting so they can't lose.
Not Winner Winner Chicken dinner this time, the rooster came second with Teriyaki Chicken Noodles. The winner was a Beef Capital favourite... Italian Beef Meatballs in Potato Bake form.
Third was Chicken Bacon Broccoli Pasta, then Lamb and Spinach Dahl, with Thia Pumpkin Soup completing the awards in last place.
A new addition to LDC Chef Tim's famous Garlic Naan Bread scored top marks in the Extras, followed by his Sticky Date Pudding and Chef Joe's M&Ms Marshmallow Cookie.
Hope you all enjoy our meals and share the Club info with your friends and workmates.

Bring on the Holidays 😄 🛫🏂
Yes, last LDC Collection Day until we're back at the start of July.
Let's get straight to the Lickity Brownlow Award as Chef is ready to enjoy Dinner (and a frothie🍻).
Winner Winner Lemon Chicken Dinner, followed by a dish in its Rookie season, Pork Pad See Ew.
Yes, Chef Joe has never ordered this delicious Thai Noodle dish before.
The Team at Richo's Quality Meats Richo's made it into the minor placings with Worstershire Cracked Pepper Beef Sausages, then another debutant Nacho Mac'n'Cheese and a hearty Greek Lamb Orzo Soup.
Chef Joe's favourite chocolate bar made it into a Snicker's Self Saucing Pudding and Tim's Birthday Hummingbird cake completed the Piggy Section of the menu.
Thanks to everyone who suggested meal ideas 💡. Great to have such a great community to cook for.
Will miss you all next Tuesday. Looking forward to the following Tuesday for more fun and games with Dinner Club family.

Happy Birthday Chef Tim was the theme for today's LDC Collection Day.
We even had a Birthday Cake to share with those who collected today.
In other news, Chef Tim the birthday boy had the honour to select the menu for this week.
It made for a very interesting Lickity Brownlow Award, with the winner changing several times as the late votes trickled in.
Marry Me Chicken was overtaken by Bacon Meatloaf, which eventually fell to Roast Beef which won the gong this week.
Chicken Cacciatore and Farmhouse Chicken Soup contested the minor placings.
Tim's Bread & Butter Pudding for sweets
Thanks to everyone who shared a special day in the Lickity Kitchen.
Looking forward to hearing your feedback. Apparently one young customer said he can do without a carton of beer a week if he can have Lickity for dinner instead of Mum's cooking.

LDC Collection Day
With the colder temperatures comes Soups, Curries and other Warming Comfort Foods to the weekly menu.
Big day for the 2 Chefs in the Lickity Kitchen today, punching out 2 functions plus our beloved Dinner Club meals.
Although the Queensland State of Origin team selections may have been good water fountain talk, especially Rocky Munster as Captain replacing DCE. We all know everyone has been waiting for the Lickity Brownlow Award.
This week a clear winner, again Winner Winner Chicken Dinner... Cheesy Chicken Rissoles
Followed by Chicken Pad Thai, then Lamb Rogan Josh Curry, Spaghetti Puttanesca and A delicious Potato Leek & Bacon Soup.
The Pasta with optional additions of Anchovy and Chilli kept the Chefs on their Steel Capped Toes. Some wanted neither, others just either Chilli or Anchovies but the majority wanted both.
Chef Tim suggested with the colder temps it might be time to bring back the Passionfruit Lemon Delicious Pudding.
Looking forward to hearing from everyone how their meals were.
Special mention to my lovely mother Cecilia who celebrated her birthday recently. Chef Joe had the honor to bake her cake... Coffee Chocolate Candied Walnut Cake 🎂

Lickity Collection Day
Thanks to all our loyal customers who collected today during the New Improved Collection Times of 2pm-530pm.
Now to the Important Lickity Brownlow Award
One of the most hotly contested rounds in Dinner Club history.
Drum 🥁 roll...
Winner Winner Roast Chicken Dinner
Just a couple of votes behind was a crowd favourite Beef Ricotta Lasagna just nudging out Chicken Vegetable Pie for runner up.
Followed by Chef Joe's personal favourite Vietnamese Pork Patties and a Chinese Restaurant classic Chicken Sweetcorn Soup.
A new entry to The Club was Cheedar and Brie Snack Pack, one for the Red 🍷 lovers.
A refreshing Lime White Chocolate Cheesecake for a sweet finish.
Great to see everyone after our week off. From our messages we nearly lost a couple who couldn't survive without our lovely meals.
Looking forward to hearing your feedback from our meals cooked with love and passion.

Drum roll... Lickity Brownlow Award went down to wire. Two very strong dishes. But there can be only one winner (unless there's a draw 🤔).
Although shock waves went thru the Dinner Club Community with all the Spicy 🔥 dishes on the menu, the winner held strong once a mild option was allowed to play.
Hot Honey Chicken with Fried Rice was awarded Most Popular, although needed votes from those requirung "Sweet and Slow Burn"
Creamy Chicken Bacon Spinach & Sundried Tomato Pasta was runner-up. Chilli Pork Noodles, Pea and Ham Soup, and Beef Enchiladas all scored highly, in fact it was our highest ordered week in history.
Chef Tim's Apple Crumble & Custard was also our highest ordered dessert in history.
The Chefs will enjoy a Mid Year break next week. Please enjoy your meals and remember to share the news of a History making LDC with all your friends and workmates.

LDC Collection Day. Thanks to all those who were patient as the Chefs finished off plating meals today. At least you know your food is extremely fresh. Please note for those who didn't see today, the Chefs will be away for the final week of May, so stock up next week unless you want to cook yourself. Your freezer us your friend.
This week's Brownlow Medal went to Chicken Rissoles, followed closely by Beef and Blackbean, Bbq Meatlovers Mac'n'Cheese and Greek Pork Skewers. Poor old Chickpea Spinach Soup was way behind on the votes.
Massive votes for a favourite of many Steamed Syrup Pudding and Custard.

LDC Collection Day. May Day Public Holiday sent mass confusion thru Team Dinner Club. Unfortunately some people didn't read the menu and turned up yesterday. Not really their fault, everyone knows Tuesday is normally the most exciting day of the week... Fresh meal packs from Lickity Fingers 🤌😁.
Anyway, some cracking dishes this week.
Parmesan Crusted Chicken won the Brownlow with Spaghetti Meatballs a close runner-up.
Then Butter Chicken, Spicy Beef Noodles and Zucchini Slice.
One of the most popular desserts to date (no pun intended), Chef Tim's Sticky Date Pudding and Butterscotch Sauce. White Chocolate and Macadamia Cookies also performed well
Chefs are very tired after another massive stary to the week, so the new menu will be released sometime tomorrow.
