Summer may be winding down, but that doesn’t mean the flavors have to fade. As we gear up for our next seasonal menu at , we’ve been testing, tasting, and perfecting—because we want every bite to tell a story.
This one’s a standout: gold band snapper, late summer vegetables, pumpkin seed pangrattato, and a roasted kombu beurre blanc.
