We’re trying something new, local pop-ups! 🌿

We’ve had so many of you asking when and where you can find us next. Lately, we’ve been doing a lot of ticketed events and festivals, the kind where you have to pay just to get in. With the high fees from organisers, it also means we’ve had to raise our prices, and that’s something we’ve never felt good about. We’ve always believed good food should be affordable and accessible.

So we’re giving local pop-ups a go, as a test run to make it easier for everyone to enjoy our food without the hassle of entry fees or inflated prices. We’ll be starting with a weekly pop-up at the Botanical Gardens right in the city.

Our first one is this Friday, 6th June from 11:30am to 2pm, come by, say hi, and grab a banh mi! We’d love to see some familiar faces and meet new ones too 💛

⛳ We’re back on home turf, Brisbane!

After months of travelling around to different events, it feels so good to be back in our local area this week!

Join us this Friday 6th June at the Oxley Golf Club for their monthly night market. It’s a FREE community event, so bring the fam, play some mini golf, and swing by for your banh mi fix! 😋

Hills Carnivale 2025 is happening this Saturday 31 May at George Wilmore Park… and yes, it’s going ahead rain or shine!

We’ll be serving up our 14-hour homemade Phở, slow-cooked with love using bone broth, 7 herbs & spices, and melt-in-your-mouth beef.
