Last week, the Vintage Peacock Express welcomed an extraordinary collection of guests aboard the Lady MacGregor Dining Carriage.

The tea was poured. The ch*****ne flowed. White gloves appeared. Conversations lingered long after the last scone was served.

And then came the question we secretly hoped we would hear…

“When can we do it again?”

So, the doors are opening once more.

We have just released a limited number of tables for two and four for our October 10th & 11th High Tea sittings.

Step aboard and leave the ordinary world behind.

Imagine yourself travelling as a first-class passenger in the golden age of steam — seated in an elegant dining carriage, surrounded by the romance of another era, where afternoon tea was an occasion and simply being aboard meant you were part of something special.

There is something rather wonderful about holding a ticket in your hand and knowing that, for a few precious hours, you are going somewhere most people never get to go.

But there is also a little mystery surrounding the Vintage Peacock Express…

Not everyone has stepped aboard.
