One year ago, we made a decision that completely changed our lives — to sell up, leave the familiar behind, and head for a new beginning “afar.”
We didn’t know exactly where the road would take us, only that it was time to chase a dream, breathe new air, and build something truly ours.
Since then, life has been a whirlwind of mud, magic, and memories — from renovating a heritage Queenslander to learning the rhythm of the land (and a few lessons the hard way 🤭). Every sunrise here reminds us why we took that leap — for space, simplicity, and a slower kind of beautiful.
Here’s to one year of courage, chaos, and creating our own little piece of heaven on the hill.
