A strong venue does not always need more styling. It needs the right styling.

For the InMode Australia Awards Night at Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour, we worked with the ballroom’s existing scale and blue lighting rather than trying to compete with it.

Silver willow centrepieces brought height and texture to the tables, paired with black linen and silver details for a clean, considered finish.

Our styling scope also included the shimmer wall and balloon feature for the evening.

For the KBDi Annual Awards Gala at Hyatt Regency Sydney, the styling was designed to make the client part of the room itself.

From the table settings and centrepieces to the cherry blossom feature and the illuminated KBDI letters, each element contributed to a cohesive visual experience throughout the gala.

The finished room felt polished, celebratory and unmistakably KBDI.

The brand experience started at the entrance for Association of Professional Builders (APB) APB Summit 2026 VIP Dinner at Sofitel Sydney Wentworth.

An illuminated geometric entry and red-carpet arrival created an immediate sense of occasion, while the event’s red-and-blue identity continued through the stage, lighting, florals and table presentation.

The result was a cohesive guest experience that carried through from arrival to dinner.
