I feel deeply honoured and humbled to be on the cover of this month’s special International Women’s Day edition of Northern Beaches Mums Magazine

This article shares more than my career in events, it shares the journey behind it.

From engineering lecture halls in Ciudad Juárez México, to moving across continents alone, to building a small side project that began as a $200 event hire business into an international events company.

My story also speaks about the seasons that many women navigate quietly, rebuilding during difficult moments, balancing leadership and motherhood, navigating divorce, personal loss, and continuing to lead even when life feels heavy.

In the interview I also share some of the practical tools that helped me navigate uncertainty, as well as what I am most excited about next, including my upcoming Flora & Story masterclass in the Netherlands and the book I am currently writing about resilience, reinvention and the lessons learned along the way.

If there is one message I hope women take from this story, it is this:

You are not behind.
You are not alone.
You may simply be in a season of rebuilding.

Thank you to the team at Northern Beaches Mums Magazine for the opportunity to share my story.

Some details don’t need to be loud to be memorable.

The wedding cake for this wedding sat softly among candlelight, flowers and historic architecture … a delicate moment inside Palacio Fernán Núñez.

Sometimes the most beautiful design lives in the quietest details.

Grateful for this international collaboration and for the trust placed in us.

Having a rose named after me has been one of the greatest honours of my life.
To know that something so delicate, so timeless, carries my name into seasons I have not yet seen… that is legacy.
Thank you to VOORN Spray Roses for trusting me as your brand ambassador and for allowing this dream to exist beyond imagination.
What I love the most is this: I don’t keep my roses for myself. I share them.
At the weddings and events I produce, like our iconic celebration within the historic walls of Palacio Fernán Núñez in Madrid, my couples get to have my roses at their weddings.
In this way, every couple carries a small piece of me into their memories forever.
And nothing feels more meaningful than that.
Grateful to create alongside extraordinary talents

There are moments in a creative life that feel rare.
Designing inside Palacio Fernán Núñez was one of them.
An intimate wedding placed within historic Madrid architecture where every candle, every floral gesture, every detail had to respect the magnitude of the space.
Creating beauty in a setting that already holds so much of it is both a responsibility and a privilege.

Grateful for this international collaboration and for the trust placed in us.

One of my favourite moments at every wedding is the reveal.
This is the exact second where months of dreaming and planning… become real forever.

1. I ask them to walk towards the door with their eyes closed.
Slowly. Hand in hand.
I ask them to take a deep breath before stepping in

2. I remind them:
“The day has finally arrived.”
Then I tell them…“In 3 seconds, you are about to see your dream come to life.”

3. “Open your eyes.” And every single time…
that expression. The disbelief, the emotions….Sometimes they both just stand there…frozen …
trying to process that this is actually theirs.

4. Before anything else… I hug them….And I say: “Thank you. From the bottom of my heart.”
Because from this moment on, we are forever connected. I will always be part of this memory.

5. “Welcome… to your wedding.” Your dream is here. This is yours. And in that moment, it stops being a plan, it becomes their reality.

6. Then we walk the room together. Slowly. I let them discover every detail,
the textures, the lighting, the florals, the tiny things they didn’t even know were coming.

7. We laugh about the last-minute changes, the things that felt impossible to source.
And we say, “We actually did it.”

8. I love watching them point at things. “That’s exactly how I imagined it.” “I can’t believe you pulled this off.”
That’s when I know I understood them.

9. Then I step back. And let them experience it alone.
Just the two of them, standing in the middle of the room that now holds their story.

10. Eventually, they sit down. They breathe. They look at each other differently. Because now it’s real.

11. The nerves are gone. Only joy remains. And in that moment… they realise this is their wedding.

This is why I do what I do. To take a dream that only existed in their hearts and turn it into a space they can step into together.
To hold that moment with them, when they realise it’s even more beautiful than they imagined.

Proud to have collaborated with these 3 incredible planners and designers to bring this love story to life. delossantos (República Dominicana),

Back on Channel 7’s Morning Show talking all things Valentine’s Day ❤️

It’s always such a privilege to be invited back and share what I love most…. the language of flowers.

We spoke about how every bloom, and every colour, carries a message.

Now I am curious…
What colour flowers did you receive this Valentine’s Day?

I received red ❤️🌹😉

And more importantly….do you know what your roses mean?

So grateful to the beautiful team who make these moments possible:

I had the pleasure of being back on the Morning Show talking all things Valentine’s Day 🌹

Thank you for inviting me again to share about the different meanings of flowers because every bloom carries a message, and love is always in the details.

But beyond my love for flowers… I just love love.
I am a romantic at heart. I truly believe love is one of the most powerful and beautiful feelings in the world.

This Valentine’s Day, choose love above anything.
Choose softness. Choose courage. Choose connection.

Grateful to the amazing team behind the scenes:
My PR team
To my videographer and photographer for capturing the magic.
My incredible hairstylist and makeup artist for making me feel my best.

It takes a village, and I am so grateful for mine. I love you.
