A Zero-Waste Showcase at Doltone House.

On this day, we rolled out the green carpet to spotlight what sustainability in events truly looks like at Doltone House.

Hosted inside NSW’s first 6-Star Green Star rated venue, Doltone House Darling Island, our Zero-Waste Showcase brought together industry trailblazers, eco-conscious suppliers, and powerful conversations, proving that environmental responsibility and exceptional event experiences can go hand in hand.

From food and beverage to operations and design, guests witnessed how Doltone House is actively measuring, reducing, and reimagining our carbon footprint across every detail. The showcase spanned our dynamic Conference & Expo spaces, including Parkview, Signorelli Gastronomia, Biaggio Café, and the Outdoor Promenade.

One of the day’s highlights? An immersive culinary journey, where our newest conference menu was served with sustainable flair, featuring zero-waste presentation techniques and thoughtful catering solutions.

More than a showcase, this was a statement:
Doltone House is defining the future of events, smarter, cleaner, and purpose-driven.

Today, we honour and reflect on the remarkable life of Biaggio Signorelli, the visionary founder of Doltone House Group, on what would have been his 88th birthday. Biaggio was a man of immense passion and unwavering dedication, whose influence lives on through the countless memories of those fortunate enough to have worked alongside him.

While his absence is deeply felt, we continue to cherish every moment, every smile, and every invaluable lesson he left behind. His legacy lives on through Doltone House Group, a true reflection of his resilience, determination, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Biaggio’s generosity and commitment to community also endure through the Biaggio Signorelli Foundation, which supports vital research into asbestos-related diseases. The foundation has been proudly recognised as winners of the National Cause related Event Of The Year.

Though he may no longer walk among us, Biaggio’s spirit remains a guiding light, in every event we host, every life we touch, and every cause we champion in his name. His story lives on, and we carry it forward with pride, purpose, and love.
