New catering offering with boxed functions getting trendy. This time I have been asked to add 2 peschetarian options and a vegetarian one as the event was a 80 yo birthday celebration and some of the guests were expecting a “traditional “ spread😱. I agreed but of course my vegan and gluten free mushroom arancini with truffle aioli stole the spotlight , not to mention the zucchini and corn fritters with spicy avocado and cherry tomato( which I forgot to take pictures of)
