Their sessions were incredibly well received, and itโs easy to see why theyโre both passionate, knowledgeable and have a wonderful way of making people feel comfortable while encouraging curiosity and learning.
I was lucky enough to attend the very first Feel First Immersion, and it was such a fab weekend.
Rommie has a wonderful way of explaining concepts that encourages curiosity, while Helenโs practical sessions always make everything feel achievable and relevant. Together theyโre a fantastic combination.

Our first immersion introduced the energetic anatomy of the horse, exploring the energy field that surrounds every horse and why understanding it is so important for health, wellbeing, approach, handling and building a deeper connection.
If you weren't able to attend the first immersion, don't worry, I'll briefly bring everyone back up to speed before we dive into the next layer of the energetic system- the ๐๐ป๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ด๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐.
You'll learn how these Energy Centres influence both your horse and yourself and I'll show you a simple, practical way to assess your horse's energetic balance, along with an easy technique to help restore flow where energy has become restricted.
Why is this important?
Because ๐๐ซ๐๐ง๐ฎ ๐๐ค๐ง๐จ๐ ๐๐จ ๐๐ค๐ซ๐๐ง๐ฃ๐๐ ๐๐ฎ ๐๐ฃ๐๐ง๐๐ฎ. When energy flows freely, the body has the greatest opportunity to function at its best. When it becomes blocked or imbalanced, it can influence physical comfort, emotional wellbeing, behaviour and performance.
