IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: 📣

It is with a heavy heart that I announce that my studio will no longer offer retail floristry from 30th September. Unfortunately, due to changing circumstances; ever rising costs, raising and family, and the unavailability of staff, I’ve decided it is not viable for me to continue with daily deliveries at this time.

What does this mean? Basically, floral deliveries (or pick ups) won’t be available from 30th of September. Pre-booked events will be carried out as normal until the end of 2024 and funeral services will be supplied through Carnarvon Funerals as always. The website will also remain live until the end of 2024 but orders will not be accepted and the phone number will not be monitored either.

Unfortunately, I don’t have another florist shop to recommend for deliveries in Stanthorpe and surrounds, but we have some great local growers and markets so support them where possible!

The last 5 years has been a blast and I’d like to thank everyone for their support. I hope to be able to offer flowers again some day (well into the future), but for now, I’m hanging up by secateurs and focussing on some other important things in my life 🫶🏼🌻

Even though it’s been a hectic few weeks and I haven’t posted much on socials besides availability updates, I do have done some pretty awesome work, so stay tuned for some highlights in the coming days 💕🌻

HOWEVER, we have teamed up with our local kindy .au to offer some extra delivery spots. 15 x $45 mixed bunches (exclusive of delivery) are available for delivery. YOU MUST CALL 0428966533 to secure one of these. While stocks last. These are supplied by the kindy as part of their Mother’s Day fundraising. The full $45 will go to the kindy, $10 will be charged extra for delivery. Pick up is available in Stanthorpe on request. Please call to enquire. These orders CANNOT BE PLACED ON OUR WEBSITE as they are not a part of our catalogue. Once these are gone, that’s all we have available this year! Get yours now.

Oh the places you’ll go…
Did you know that sometimes we run (residential) deliveries up until 7PM?! This is actually pretty standard protocol across most florists working with couriers and floral networks. I don’t usually strive for this, but coming into Mother’s Day seems like a good idea to make you aware 🤣 During busy periods (like Mother’s Day), we sometimes do have late deliveries and run pretty close to the wind to even meet a 7pm delivery. Although this isn’t our first preference (or probably yours either), we do work very hard to ensure deliveries run on time and you will most certainly be contacted if there’s any reason delivery cannot occur…prior to 7pm.

So if you have already, or plan to order Mother’s Day flowers and you don’t receive your ‘thanks for the gorgeous flowers, darling’ text until 7.30pm, just know there’s a florist somewhere with sky high anxiety and in need of a hot chocolate and big sleep 😬🫶🏼

Happy Sunday! I’ve been busy posting some important dates on the website and some Mother’s Day things! That’s right, the countdown is on annnnnd this year at PH Flower Studio it’s a 1 woman show! 💁🏼‍♀️ so! There’s some tweaks to our usual process, I have posted full details on our website. If you intend to order this year please familiarise yourself with them, I would be very grateful 🙏🏻. PLEASE READ: the studio will be trading as normal up until (and including) Thursday 28th of March. We are CLOSED from 29th of March until 8th of April to spend 1 week of school holidays as a family. No orders will be accepted during this time and our phone, emails and DMs will not be monitored. We will be back trading as normal from 8th April at 9am. Thanks for your understanding and we hope you enjoy some time with your family over the Easter break too 💕

Our studio will be closed next Friday and Saturday (22/3/24 and 23/3/24) because we have had the privilege of committing our services to supply and set up florals for a wedding 😍

Unfortunately, we do not have the staff available to be able to maintain a ‘business as usual’ position for this. Our phone WILL be monitored on Friday but we will not be accepting orders for delivery on the Friday or Saturday (even if you call before the days of closure).
