We know some of you may have heard that our Adelaide store is closing, so we wanted to take a moment to clear the air and let everyone know exactly what’s happening.

First and most importantly…

🎉 HEAVEN COSTUMES IS NOT CLOSING DOWN! 🎉

We’re not going anywhere, we’re simply changing the way we do business and transitioning to an online-only store.

After many years of welcoming our wonderful customers through the doors, our physical store and warehouse at:

📍 25 Fenden Road, Salisbury Plain, South Australia

will no longer be open to the public after Halloween.

🎃 OUR FINAL DAY IN STORE WILL BE HALLOWEEN: SATURDAY 31 OCTOBER 2026

We’ll be open from 10:00am - 3:00pm, so if you’ve been meaning to pop in one last time, Halloween will be your final chance to visit us in person, browse our remaining stock and grab those last-minute costumes, wigs, accessories and decorations!

Some of our lovely local Adelaide customers who have visited us over the past few months may already know about our plans, but we realise that many of you may not have heard the news yet, and we didn’t want anyone to think that Heaven Costumes itself was closing.

💻 Heaven Costumes is continuing online!

Our online store will continue operating, and we’ll still be bringing you costumes, wigs, accessories, decorations and all the fun you’ve come to expect from Heaven Costumes, just without a physical retail store.

Most importantly, we want to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who has supported our Adelaide store over the years. Whether you've been visiting us for years, popped in for your Book Week costume, needed a last-minute Halloween outfit, or have only recently discovered us, we truly appreciate you. ❤️

While it’s certainly bittersweet to be saying goodbye to our physical store, we’re excited about this next chapter for Heaven Costumes and continuing to serve you online.

🎃 ONE LAST HALLOWEEN IN STORE!

📅 Saturday 31 October 2026
⏰ 10:00am – 3:00pm
📍 25 Fenden Road, Salisbury Plain SA

Come and see us one last time before we close the doors! ❤️

And don't worry, Heaven Costumes isn't going anywhere. We'll see you online! 🎭✨

⚡ STORE CLOSED TOMORROW – TUESDAY 8 SEPTEMBER ⚡

Please be advised that our Heaven Costumes Adelaide store will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday 8 September, due to a scheduled SA Power Networks power outage affecting our area.

The outage is currently scheduled for 8:00am–3:00pm (estimated).

🏪 We plan to reopen once power is restored, hopefully around 3:00pm. We’ll keep you updated if there are any changes to the expected outage or reopening time.

📦 Online Orders: As our Adelaide warehouse will also be without power, the outage may affect our ability to process and dispatch online orders tomorrow.

We will endeavour to get all orders shipped as soon as power is restored. However, we cannot guarantee that orders from our Adelaide warehouse will be dispatched tomorrow, as the outage prevents us from printing shipping labels and completing our usual dispatch process.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and really appreciate your patience and understanding while we work around the scheduled outage. ❤️

We hope to see you back in store once the power is back on!
