is our Filipina Australian Diva and a fellow kabarangay since the beginning. She’ll be singing us a festive song to get us in a holiday spirit.

, a new addition to our performer roster. Her name is inspired by the Supermodel Linda Evangelista and Beyoncé alter ego which is Sasha Fierce. She is fun, fierce and sometimes funny but mostly love to perform in front of everyone.

Just one more night and we’ll get to have a Christmas event like no other.

Last year, we celebrated the spirit of the Philippines with street food delights like Fried Chicken Skin, Squid Balls, Kwek-Kwek (Fried Quail Eggs), Siomai, Filipino Style Pork Skewers, Bibingka with Coconut Sorbet, and P**o Bungbong with Smoked Dessicated Coconut.

Kusinero, derived from the Tagalog word for 'cook,' marked its debut on November 6th, a Monday, in a delightful collaboration between Mama Sita's Recipes, CEREE, and Chef Morris Danzen Catanghal.

This inaugural event celebrated the fusion of Filipino culinary artistry with Chef Danzen's Italian background, skillfully highlighting the essence of Mamasita's BBQ marinade and premium products. The menu boasted a harmonious blend of Filipino and Italian flavors, elevating traditional dishes with innovative twists.

To complement the gastronomic experience, we crafted a selection of exquisite non-alcoholic cocktails, christened Manila, Cebu, and Davao, inspired by our original creations Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. These beverages served as a flavorful ode to the diverse regions of the Philippines.
