A small business update from me.

I want to acknowledge that there are messages, enquiries and client matters I am still working through, and I understand that some people have been waiting longer than usual for a response.

I am not trying to make excuses.

What was meant to be a family holiday overseas unexpectedly became a period of bereavement after the sudden loss of my grandmother. I watched my mum lose her mum, supported my family through funeral preparations and mourning, and at the same time was grieving myself.

During that period, I made the decision to step away from my business completely. I was not responding selectively — I was not responding to clients generally because I was on leave and, eventually, I became too overwhelmed to keep engaging with work while everything was happening around me.

I have now returned home and I am beginning to work through outstanding messages, enquiries and client matters as quickly and carefully as I can.

As a business owner, I take my responsibilities seriously and I fully understand that people are waiting on me. I am simply asking for a little patience and respect while I transition back into work and continue to navigate a very real period of grief which is something I haven't experienced before.

I will get back to everyone as soon as I reasonably can.

Thank you to those who have shown me kindness, understanding and grace during this time. It has genuinely meant a great deal.

You can still browse and book your appointment online anytime via our website! ✨
