From some of the best kitchens in London, to being part of the formidable original brigade behind Banc’s rise to fame, and later, a hat of his own at Balzac- Matt is no stranger to French cuisine.

He’s bringing you the experience Pottsville!

This isn’t about fine dining formality. It’s about great food, shared tables, flowing conversation and a room full of people coming together over a memorable meal.

🇫🇷 SUPPER SESSION #2 IS HERE 🇫🇷

After a sold-out first session, we’re heading to France.

🎉 Saturday 18th July
📍Pottsville Beach Community Hall

An evening of shared tables, French-inspired flavours, good company and a little Bastille Day spirit.

This one is particularly close to home for chef Matt Kemp, drawing inspiration from his years in the kitchen brigade at Sydney institution Banc and later his own French restaurant, Balzac, in Randwick.

Expect a generous shared feast, long communal tables, classic French influences and the relaxed Table Riot vibe you’ve come to know.

The menu is still under wraps and will be revealed in two weeks, so keep following along for sneak peeks and updates.
