What a weekend it has been for The Cocktail Initiative!!!

Tiffany & Luke’s wedding at Mansfield Estate on Saturday in an epic celebration!

And then an outrageously fantastic wedding reception on Sunday afternoon for Leanne and Dave at their beautiful home at Settlement Point.

Couldn’t have done it without the help of my stunning sidekick… wife… Jessica Hersee… thank you my love!!

Last night The Cocktail Initiative was at the riverside home of Jacquie and Brett, to help celebrate Christmas with some of the management team of our McDonald’s restaurants here in Port.
Once again with help from the lovely Kayla, we showcased some stunning cocktails in an even more stunning location!
Flavours of the evening were the ‘Tears Royale’ with lemon bitters, sloe gin, cassis and French sparkling, and the ‘Cubanesque’ with spiced rum, cherry liqueur, spiced chocolate bitters and lemon juice.
