A Magical Night to Remember – Anthony & Victoria’s Engagement
March 29th, 2025

Under a sky full of stars and surrounded by their closest family and friends, Anthony & Victoria celebrated their love with an unforgettable engagement party—and we were honoured to be a part of it.

Our Vespa Bar made its grand appearance, dressed in the finest Italian delicacies—cured meats, cheeses, marinated vegetables, and artisan breads. At the heart of it all, our chef carved fresh Parma prosciutto, adding theatre, flavour, and a true sense of celebration to this magical night.

Everything about this event felt special—from the food, to the laughter, to the love in the air.

✨ Throwback to Joe & Melina’s Stunning December Wedding! ✨

What an incredible day we had catering Joe and Melina’s special day last December! This amazing couple was an absolute dream to work with, and we were honored to provide the full Locale Woodfire Catering experience for their wedding. 💍🍴

The celebration started in style with our salumi bar, beautifully displayed on our brand-new Vespa Bar, setting the perfect tone for the day. Guests enjoyed mouthwatering canapés, including salt and pepper squid, arancini, and woodfire chicken skewers.

For the main event:
🍕 Entrees featured Joe and Melina’s favorite pizzas, straight from our woodfire oven.
🥩 Mains were an elegant alternate drop of Scotch Fillet steak with red wine jus or our delicious pollo Kiev.

To finish, guests indulged in our signature freshly piped cannoli, the perfect sweet ending to an unforgettable night.

Joe and Melina, thank you for trusting us to be part of your beautiful celebration. It was truly a day to remember! 💕
