A short clip of our Bush Tucker education session today, with students sampling a range of bush flavours including lemon aspen, gubinge, kangaroo, lemon myrtle, quandong and strawberry gum tea, native lime jam, and quandong chutney, just to name a few of the bush tucker foods explored throughout the session. It was wonderful to share knowledge, culture, and connection through food.
