Hi Community, we would like to address something important which has been brought to our attention recently by some of our members.
We have been notified that over the past year, rumours and defamatory narratives have circulated regarding ourselves, Jordan Fox, and Altar Erotica. There were unnecessary harmful things said which has an affect within the broader kink and alternative communities.
We have since identified the individual/s responsible for spreading misinformation.
While we will not be naming or engaging in public disputes, it is important to be clear that these narratives did not originate from community-wide concerns, but from specific sources from malice and spite.
If there are any unsaid things then please bring it to us and we would love to chat. It is part of our intentions with our mission that we create a safe space for everyone to be heard.
We also want to address the ongoing issue of infighting within the kink scene. When rumours are passed through third parties rather than addressed directly, it fractures trust and weakens a community that already faces external stigma and misunderstanding.
Division does not protect us it only isolates us and makes it harder for us all to achieve the vision we hold for people to feel safe in the scene.
If there are genuine concerns about our conduct, spaces, or practices, we invite direct communication. Open dialogue allows for accountability, clarification, and resolution.
Choosing to believe unverified claims or participate in the spread of harm through gossip only deepens separation and actually further imprints misogyny.
We ask our community to exercise discernment, seek context, and prioritise direct conversation over hearsay. Our collective strength lies in integrity, consent, transparency, and our ability to address issues without resorting to misinformation or character attacks.
Moving forward, we remain committed to ethical practice, consent-led spaces, and contributing to a community that values responsibility over reaction.
