The brief was -catering a 100+ Forest venue wedding with a potato bar, taco bar and a pasta bar so we felt it was Thyme for this challenge and what a great success - young and old could pick and choose and best of all watch as Chef Pete tossed each guest's personal selection and serve steaming warm. Tacos a hot hit, the potato bar can safely say the crisp hollowed out potato skins the most popular closely followed by creamy mash and toppings! Chef Pete was kept busy tossing up to three pans at the same time - all in all something old, something new - combined everyone said Thyme & Again it was the best!
