The EGT Motorsport Coaching Clinic is designed to help you master the fundamentals of performance driving, with a focus on:

Entering and exiting corners (working on specific corners at a time)
Braking points and key techniques

Here's some of the cars you'll see out on track at CARCO Raceway this Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 September 2025 for Round 5 of the WA Sporting Car Club Championship presented by Gallagher!

We've also got grid walks at lunch time both days, plus DriftWest demonstrations.

DAY 1 –
Formula Ford, Formula Vee, Saloons, FSR, Free Formula, Historic Touring Cars, Tarmac Sportz Time Challenge.

During the lunch break today at Round 4 of the WA Sporting Car Club's 2025 Championship, one of the on air team for the live stream, Demelza, jumped into a drift car for a couple of hot laps in a drift car!

Round 4 of the 2025 WA Sporting Car Club Championship gets on track at CARCO Raceway this Saturday and Sunday 26 - 27 July!

On Saturday the Formula Vees are chasing the Perth Motorsport Tyres Cup and Sunday the Saloon Cars (Holden vs Ford) will be having a 20 lap race with pit stop challenge.

On the lunch time grid walk you can get up close and personal with the Excel Cup cars and on Sunday the big beast HQ Holdens take over!

Entry is $10 per car per day, qualifying from 8.30am, Racing from 9.30am with the feature races in the afternoon!

Wanneroo Raceway

Opening as ‘Wanneroo Raceway’ on 2nd March 1969, this venue quickly became the home of motor sport in Western Australia. Over the years it has seen the likes of Mark Webber on track with his Red Bull F1, Supercars series returning yearly, and many state and national round race meets for both 2 and 4 wheeled vehicles year round. It was also the training ground from a very young age for Daniel Ricciardo and Garth Tander who have both gone on to reach the pinnacle of their respective disciplines. The track continues to attract drivers from all ages and racing interests.
