What an amazing week at . I had the opportunity to attend the trade exhibition where I was fortunate to meet with many suppliers both new and established where conversations and collaborations could take place. Not only meeting with suppliers but also other attendees who I have only met via email. Monday I attended Association Focus, a day of presentations across 2 streams both of which delivered outstanding and valuable content. The education, product knowledge, networking and relationship building are some of the key take aways from the event.

AC Events Management & Consultancy had to opportunity to visit Kyoto and explore the opportunities the destination has to offer for conferences and incentives. What an amazing opportunity to join a group of attendees from the Asia Pacific region to meet suppliers at the trade expo and visit places of interest including the Convention Centre and Nijo-jo Castle. Thank you to the Kyoto Convention & Visitors Bureau for hosting us in their city. In particular to Karen Nakamura and Iku Hasegawa for your hospitality and planning. A warm thank you to Hilton Kyoto for the chance to experience the luxury accommodation at the recently opened property.

AC Events Management & Consultancy just wrapped up an incredible time at AIME! What an amazing few days connecting with industry professionals, exchanging insights, and exploring the latest hot spots and destinations for conferencing and incentive event ideas shaping our sector. From engaging discussions to valuable networking, the event reinforced the power of face-to-face connections. An amazing welcome reception held at Il Mercato Centrale where we were taken back to Italy with amazing food to waken our senses.

What an amazing few days at in Brisbane at the recently opened The Star Entertainment Group. AC Events Management & Consultancy attended this annual event that brings together meeting planners from around Australia and New Zealand for education, collaboration and networking. Both the conference and exhibition sold out months prior so a big congratulations goes out to the organising committee for curating such a rich agenda. Making new connections and catching up with industry peers and friends alongside with many take aways that inspired it was certainly a rewarding few days.

A huge thank you to all the organisers, committees, speakers, and fellow attendees for making this event so impactful.

Just returned from an incredible experience at ITB Asia 2024!
AC Events Management & Consultancy had the privilege of attending Asia’s leading trade show for travel and meeting professionals.
It was fantastic to connect with industry leaders, innovative thinkers, and passionate professionals from around the world. The week allowed for meetings with suppliers to explore new product, networking opportunities to foster and nurture business relationships and social events that showcased venues in Singapore and the varied cuisines on offer. The sessions were also very insightful on emerging trends. Many valuable takeaways to inspire us.

A big thank you to the team at Shangri-La The Marina Cairns for their generous invitation and warm hospitality in hosting AC Events Management & Consultancy during the recent famil trip.

I had the chance to inspect Shangri-La The Marina Cairns which exceeded all expectations. Well located close to the marina, airport, walking distance to many amenities and a short walk to the pier for tours to the Great Barrier Reef.

With numerous conference rooms available of varying capacities, along with several options around the property for social functions and on-site dining.

The team did an amazing job showcasing the capability of the property but also the region. Having visited not only the reef for a day of snorkelling but several unique offsite venues all having a different vibe about them.

Attendees were all impressed and we bonded from the outset enjoying each other’s company, making the experience even more memorable.

I am beyond words to the amazing week spent in . Thank you to Business Events Industry Aotearoa (BEIA) and RotoruaNZ Business Events for hosting a delegation of 30 plus enthusiastic attendees from Australia showcasing your destination. A pre event famil where we took part in many activities, experienced the culture and tasted the local cuisine. Following on from the famil took place providing the perfect forum to meet New Zealand suppliers to the industry to learn about new product and build relationships. In particular a big shout out and congratulations the some key individuals that were instrumental in the event and nothing but the best hosts are Sharon Auld, Vanessa Wallace, Leah Morrison, Jesse Tamm and Alex Evans.
A destination with so much to offer and easily accessible particularly for the Australian market it is a must for all those looking for their next conference destination.
