Around this time last year, I landed my first client. It took 7 months for me to land that client. 7 months of rejection, failure and a lack of progress. Not once during that first 7 months I stopped to consider will this idea / career ever work out for myself. Not once did I think of giving up. I just kept going, rejection after rejection, day after day.
A couple months after I landed my first client, I landed my 2nd then 3rd. Before you know it, I was filming in some of the most luxurious houses in our city.
By the end of 2022, I could say that I had shot at my first music festival, a dream of mine that I never thought would be possible. As well as developed my style and name in the real estate industry.
Fast forward to today. 18 months since I started this journey. 12 months since I landed my first client. I’m grateful to say I have shot at multiple music festivals, shot for some really talented artists, consistently and graudllay built my network in real estate. I’m the busiest I could ever have imagined.
I’m writing this with so much gratitude as I don’t take this lightly. But I wanted to celebrate the progress over the past year. It hasn’t been easy. I am well aware this is only a small percentage of what’s to come as well for myself. I just wanted to express that if you envision yourself doing something. Achieving a goal, a lifestyle, whatever it is. If you truly believe in that and don’t give up no matter how many fails and setbacks you may face. You will achieve whatever it is you desire.
Simple as that. Believe and you will achieve.
