The 2025 Maralinga Mile Test & Tune #2
What an epic few days we had!!!
The great thing about a small group is that its just like a bunch of mates getting together for a weekend which is really the spirit of this event.
We had Peter & Reece with the H2R over from Perth and this is Peters second time.
Darren and Emily also from Perth testing out Martins old bike. Emily is just 15 years old and this was her first ride on this bike!!!
Steven & Barb up from Adelaide on the insane Hayabusa powered creation
Grant Schlein, Mick, Daryl, Brian & Richard from Adelaide bringing 3 bikes with them!
Tapsy, AB, Carly, Chloe & Lakey from Penong in the Turbo Porsche Powered Kombi
Martin & Jenny from Adelaide up supporting Emily & Marty also rode a couple of Grants bikes.
And the absolute superstars of the show Daryl and Graham came up and volunteered as our Fire Emergency & Rescue Crew!!!
We all had an absolute ball throughout the 5 days and amazing memories were made!
Some bikes getting over 200mph and the Kombi just shy of 150mph.
As our facilities here at Maralinga continue to be upgraded, so to will the crowds and participants for this event!
From Leona, William and I we personally had a ball running this event from start to finish and thank everyone for being awesome!!
