Bring something different to your special day with onsite BBQ van catering — slow-smoked meats, fresh sides and a relaxed service your guests will remember.

Choose from our wedding catering menu and we’ll bring the kitchen to you. Our van arrives onsite, sets up before service and when it’s time to eat, guests simply come up and collect their meals fresh and hot.

To keep service running smoothly and reduce wait times, you’ll choose 1–2 menu options for your event.
If selecting 2 options, we’ll prepare a 50/50 split across guest numbers (for example, 50 guests = 25 meals of each option).

Whether it’s an emergency services worker, healthcare worker, tradie, truck driver, teacher, retail worker, farmer, cleaner, volunteer, small business owner, or anyone else helping keep our communities running we want to shout them a feed!

WOWZA MOE! 🤯

A massive THANK YOU to everyone who came down and supported our Moe pop-up tonight. We honestly can’t believe you sold us out! The support from this community never ceases to amaze us, especially considering it’s been quite a while since we were last in town.

We’d also like to apologise for the longer wait times some of you experienced. The gravy decided to take its sweet time getting started, and then the fryer chose the busiest part of the night to throw a complete tantrum! 😅 Despite the setbacks, everyone was incredibly patient and understanding, and we can’t thank you enough for that.

We hope everyone enjoyed their feed and that it was worth the wait! Seeing familiar faces again and meeting plenty of new ones made for an awesome night!!

We can’t wait to get back to Moe again soon and do it all over again (hopefully with a better-behaved fryer next time! 😂).

🚨 MOE POP-UP UPDATE 🚨

We’ve made the tough call to postpone Friday night’s pop-up to Sunday night instead.

We’re booked for catering tomorrow night, so Sunday night is the only night we can make the pop-up happen. Due to the weather and the smoker not getting along, we’re running behind on prep. We’d rather postpone for a couple of days and serve the quality food we’re known for than rush things and put out something we’re not proud of.

We appreciate your understanding and support, and we can’t wait to see you all Sunday night for some proper BBQ. ❤️🔥

Thank you all so much for the support. It was awesome seeing so many new faces as well as plenty of familiar ones. We really appreciate everyone’s patience while the fryer was working overtime trying to keep up with the orders! 😅

We’ve had some amazing feedback come through too, which makes all the hard work worth it.
