Mother Nature provided a spectacular sun filled day as we shucked fresh oysters for guests and dazzled them with our exotic mignonettes, creatively concocted by our artistic chefs Michael Demagistris and Ryan James of Max’s Restaurant and Arturo - Arthur’s Seat (opening soon)
