What is OVERLAY?

A new name, a new direction, OVERLAY

If you’ve been with us before, you knew us as Bass.ic. Over time, that project grew into something more than we initially set out to build, and it became clear it needed space to evolve.

OVERLAY is that next step.

The focus hasn’t changed. We’re still about dance music, still about the room, still about the people in it. What has changed is the intent, more considered, more layered, and built to last.

Think of it as an evolution rather than a reset.
