3 things I wish I knew sooner running a mobile coffee cart ☕👩‍👧‍👦

1️⃣ You’re not just selling coffee — you’re selling an experience
It’s taken me a while to realise that people don’t just come back for the coffee — they come back for how friendly, fast, and organised you are. Even small things make a big difference.

2️⃣ The real work happens behind the scenes
Packing, cleaning, prepping, planning your route, juggling kids… if the setup isn’t smooth, the whole day feels chaotic. Trust me, preparation is everything.

3️⃣ Busy doesn’t always mean profitable
There were times I was running flat out, juggling two kids, and still not seeing the money I expected. Pricing right, protecting your margins, and saying no sometimes is what keeps the business sustainable — and your sanity intact.
