Behind the scenes of the Adaptalift JCB launch.
From first contact to event day, we had just 4 weeks to take the project from initial brief to full ex*****on.
Almost 40 hours went into the proposal alone - designing the space, mapping out each area, sourcing suppliers, planning production and refining every detail, all while continuing to deliver our existing private events on the weekends.
With the concept finalised, the focus shifted to bringing every element into the space - 4x6m LED screen and AV installations, Over 200m of block-out temporary fencing installed to conceal service areas, staging, custom floor wraps, signage, machinery preparation and cleaning, supplier bump-ins and final styling, all coordinated within a tight production schedule.
On site, my role was to oversee the full setup, coordinate suppliers and installations, troubleshoot in real time and ensure everything we had planned was executed as intended.
A huge thank you to the incredible suppliers and crew who pulled through with such a tight turnaround. Having suppliers who understand the vision, communicate well and are on the same wavelength is such an important part of delivering an event successfully.
A lot went into those four weeks, and I’m incredibly proud of what we delivered for Adaptalift JCB.
