Wow! The response to our Expression of Interest has been incredible — thank you to everyone who has reached out so far and we will get back to you all as soon as we can!

We’re excited to be curating a vibrant outdoor market and are currently seeking stallholders in the following categories:

- Candles
- Homewares
- Jewellery
- Food
- Fashion
- Kids’ Fashion & Accessories
- Plants

Please note: At this stage we’re unable to accommodate food trucks or powered sites.

What stallholders need to know:
- Location: Keilor Park
- This is an outdoor market held during the warmer months of the years
- All sites are 3m x 3m and stallholders must provide their own marquee and appropriate weights to secure.

We’re expecting this to be a much‑loved local community event — the kind that brings people together, sparks creativity, and showcases amazing small businesses.

Expressions of Interest – Mother’s Day Community Event, Keilor Park

The Keilor Park community is exploring the opportunity to host a vibrant Mother’s Day Community Event this May — a celebration of local creativity, small business, and the wonderful mothers and carers in our community.

To bring this event to life, we are seeking expressions of interest from businesses who would like to participate. The event will proceed only if sufficient placeholder numbers are confirmed.

The proposed event aims to showcase a diverse range of products including handmade goods, gifts, homewares, beauty products, plants, crafts, and unique items perfect for Mother’s Day gifting. It will be a fantastic opportunity for local makers, small businesses, and emerging creators to connect with the community and share their work.

Proposed Event Details
Location: Keilor Park
Date: Mother’s Day period (final date to be confirmed)
Stall Types: Handmade goods, artisan products, boutique items, food and beverage stalls, and more
Cost: TBC
Status: Event will proceed once minimum numbers are reached
