Hello beautiful people!

We just received an email from One Girl and they were quite astounded at how much we raised for them at SHAKTI RISING. We thought you might be interested to know how much of an impact you all made by your contributions.

It costs approximately $2,250 to support one girl through an entire year of school, meaning that together we helped support more than two girls to stay in education for a full year.

That support goes far beyond just school fees. It helps provide essentials like uniforms, shoes, textbooks, pens, backpacks, sanitary products, lunch support, and solar lights so girls can study after dark.

It also helps fund workshops outside the classroom where girls learn about health, confidence, leadership, financial literacy, and breaking down harmful gender norms.

Alongside this, their local field officers work closely with the girls, their families, and schools to ensure they have the support they need to stay in school and thrive.

We are so incredibly grateful to each and every one of you for your support and generosity. Thank you ☺️
