Today was one of those magical wedding planning moments that every bride dreams of… my beautiful bride found the one at the very first bridal boutique we visited!

Behind every beautiful bride is someone carrying more than just a timeline…

As a wedding planner, my job is never just about flowers, run sheets or coordinating vendors.
I carry the weight so my couples don’t have to.

I’m the calm in the chaos.
The one fixing problems before anyone notices.
The one holding your dress with one hand and holding your emotions with the other.

I become your assistant, your safe space, your late-night voice note receiver, your mediator, your support system… sometimes even your therapist.

Because wedding planning is personal.
It’s emotional.
It’s stressful.
And no bride should have to carry it alone.

I don’t just plan weddings.
I walk beside my couples every step of the way making sure they feel supported, protected and present enough to actually enjoy one of the biggest days of their lives.

2️⃣ **Emotional Moments**: Weddings are filled with emotion, and navigating family dynamics can be tricky. Keeping the peace and ensuring everyone’s happy is crucial!

3️⃣ **Last-Minute Changes**: The unexpected can happen at any moment! Quick thinking and finding solutions on the fly are essential skills we hone.

4️⃣ **Time Management**: Juggling multiple clients and vendors means constantly prioritising tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly.

As a wedding coordinator, there’s nothing quite like escorting the couple to their bridal suite—what I affectionately call their “hideout.” It’s their special moment to breathe and relax before the festivities begin! 💍✨

Having a dedicated wedding planner or coordinator is one of the best stress-relievers for both the bride and groom. It allows them to truly enjoy their special day, surrounded by family and friends, without the worry of managing vendors or timelines.

From coordinating the ceremony and reception to ensuring every detail is in place, we handle it all! This includes liaising with suppliers, managing the arrival of the stylist and photographer, and making sure the cake is flawless. There’s so much happening behind the scenes, and it’s all about creating an unforgettable experience for the couple.
