Bit late to the trend but we got there😂

Fun facts: Cheese changes with temperature.
Cheese actually develops more flavor at room temperature. That’s why grazing boards are best served after the cheese has had about 30 minutes to warm up—it brings out the full aroma and texture.

🧀 Cheese can “sweat.”
Those little beads of moisture you see on cheese—especially in warm settings—are called “sweat.” It’s just fat rising to the surface. It’s perfectly natural, though it may affect texture.
🧀 The inside continues to ripen over time.
When Brie is young, the center is firm and chalky. As it ages, it becomes runny and gooey under the rind. For a grazing board, aim for a Brie that’s just soft enough to spread but not too ripe to hold shape.
