Let me reintroduce myself: I’m Amber an authorised marriage celebrant (AUS) I’ve just taken a year+ long hiatus while I’ve been travelling Europe and living in London. Prior to my departure I was blessed to have married 7 beautiful couples. I’m currently on a quest to travel as many countries as I can (currently at 50), I’ve visited so many gorgeous places and thought wow how great would this place be to get married in? Which has me itching to get back into this wonderful industry. I’m still currently based in London so for the interim will be pivoting to ceremonies here. I’ll be posting some throwbacks and gorgeous wedding venues over the next little while. If you know of anyone in London and surrounds looking for a celebrant, send me a DM x 💋

On the topic of having a plan B, I came across plenty of hens/bucks parties on my travels. I met a groom who I asked about his wedding day and if he had a plan B. Of course I was thinking a plan B venue but he thought I was talking about a plan B fiancé if the first one didn’t work out. It pays to be clear in your communication when speaking to people about a plan B. It’s so normal for us here in Aus to plan an outdoor wedding but in Ireland and the UK their plan A usually is always indoors. A little awkward, we had a laugh about it afterwards. He’s getting married in September which gave him plenty of time to recover from his bucks party.
