Being a chef isn’t always sunshine & daisies, most days are hard, managing fatigue, persisting through the challenges & learning through the chaos.
People under estimate the job & the skills you must learn to keep your head above water.
Some kitchens will break you, some kitchens will build you.
You need to be passionate, without passion you won’t last, without passion you won’t have the drive to keep going, because some days you’ll want to give up but on those days you need to remind yourself why you are here.
