✨Alma 🎻 and Anna 🎹 played exquisitely at a beautiful wedding yesterday. The bride and groom had various requested songs for their ceremony and I custom arranged a piece or two especially for this wedding! (This is another service we provide- arranging music!). Violin and piano are a gorgeous combo as you can hear! Thank you to our beautiful bride and groom for entrusting us with your special day. Music sets the tone and is the soundtrack to a most wonderful day. ✨

📣 Introducing Alma Limondin🎻

Alma is a classically trained violinist offering elegant and expressive music for weddings and ceremonies. She studied in Paris before moving to Mexico, where she performed with the Yucatán Symphony Orchestra. Now based in Denmark, Western Australia, Alma works as a freelance musician and performs with the Albany Chamber Orchestra, Albany String Quartet and SwanHarp Duo.
Alongside her classical work, she collaborates with contemporary bands including Los Car Keys and Pete & the Good Life, weaving together latin, folk and Celtic influences to create music that is both timeless and deeply moving.
Alma is available to be booked through Margaret River Music and events in a duo with piano or harp and voice. Violin is the most requested instrument for weddings, so be sure to book in advance!

You might be pleasantly surprised by the cost comparison ... AND people in bands can also play your Spotify list during their breaks and for those special requests/ wedding moments (that's the easiest thing they'll do all night 😉).
Band musicians are highly skilled individuals who have put countless hours into curating, arranging and rehearsing kick-ass set lists that will get your guests moving! Nothing inspires dancing more than LIVE MUSIC! Here are Margaret River Music & Events you may have noticed that our focus is LIVE MUSIC. We honour and uphold the artists responsible for the magic you hear. DJ's do have their place... but Bands bring the atmosphere, fun, virtuosity and culture. They are the life-spring of music itself.

A WAAPA honours graduate, she brings a refined and versatile approach, drawing on classical, jazz and world music styles to create memorable soundscapes for ceremonies, receptions and special occasions.
Asha has performed extensively across Australia and internationally, appearing on acclaimed stages and media platforms including Bennetts Lane Jazz Club and Brazil’s Programa do Jô. She regularly collaborates with leading musicians and ensembles and is equally at home performing solo, in duo settings or as part of larger groups.
Known for her expressive, warm tone and polished presentation, Asha tailors her performances to suit each couple’s vision, from intimate ceremonies to sophisticated cocktail-hour ambience.

I don’t know if you heard but we had a bit of a flute fiesta on Thursday night at the Christmas Street Party in ! It was also our new party band’s debut performance! I.Groove (no official page yet!) got the party started and and delighted the crowd with their fantastic 100% dance-worthy set! This was a special night for me to be able to share the stage with another flautist: whom I hold in such high esteem and to show Margs that you can’t have too much flute! We have known each other since 2005 .ecu days and to be here in the South West together is a really really good thing!! The love and support between the musicians here is abundant and I love how everyone upholds and supports one another. I’m looking forward to great things next year and I can’t wait to show you who else we have on our books now! I will give you a little hint and say that we are going in a 100% live music direction with quality and professionalism as our no. 1 value!

With the Christmas Festivities in full swing I just wanted to take a moment to thank all our wonderful musicians here at Margaret River Music and Events! It’s been a really full and exciting year and I can’t wait to announce new ensemble and musicians in the New Year! So many exciting projects are underway and I feel the hope of newness and appreciation for all the amazing creatives out there practicing their craft! Anna Bogachova 🌻
Classically trained pianist extraordinaire. 🎹
Anna started playing piano at an early age in her home country, Ukraine and earned her degree at the university in Kharkiv. Her music has seen her performing at various venues, while teaching at different International Music Institutions, predominately in the Middle East.
Anna has called this beautiful region home for the last ten years and is available to be booked for Weddings and Events in the South West region!

Book Anna as a solo pianist or as a part of a duo or trio with violin flute, voice and more. You dream it, she can play it. She is a highly skilled sight reader and dedicated and expressive player.
