Big 3 days at Palmyra Drag Racing Club Inc for Kenda Tires 660 Drag Radial Series. Unfortunately a shower this arvo brought the event to an early finish. Thanks everyone for the support. Our next public pop up will be at the High Tide Festival Mackay on August 22nd.

We’re setup at Palmyra Drag Racing Club Inc for the Kenda Tires 660 Drag Radial Series round. The weather is perfect for some great racing.

Last night we catered for Sarina Poultry Society Diamond Jubilee show.

We provided a buffet with the Lot. We had proteins of
Angus Brisket
Chicken thighs with our Bee sting dressing
Pork Belly Burnt ends in Texan BBQ sauce
Pork Belly slices with a asian spritze

We accompanied these with sides of
Devilled Egg Potato salad
Coleslaw
Smoked pumpkin & Feta Salad
Pickled Cucumbers and Onions
Can’t forget the Crackling.
Thanks for a great night.
