Young people need more than footy ovals.

If that were the answer to the climbing disengagement with education, from community and youth crime epidemic, we'd have seen a positive change happen already.

Don't get us wrong. Sport keeps people healthy and active, teaches teamwork and comradery- but it's not for everyone.

For 40 years, music charity, Push, has heard how important music is to young people. Their latest youth survey into young Australian music audiences showed how important it is for connection, identity and belonging.

But the live music industry is struggling from lack of investment and all-ages venues, rising insurance, and event costs. Cost of living is turning young audiences away.

Safe, drug and alcohol free live music events just don't happen out of nowhere.

With some investment from City Council (thank you!) - we've pulled together two FREE, all-ages, LGBTQIA+-inclusive 🌈 and accessible skate and jam 🛹 🎶 events for Logan (keep your eyes peel for more info soon!) but two isn't enough.

We want to give young musos, and young audiences a chance to play (or see!) their first set, stand in the crowd and support local band, and work together with us to stage these events. Because we know these moments build identity, confidence and connection in ways that scrolling never will.

🖤 We *always* pay artists and bands industry rates.
🖤And we pay skaters, sound crew, park hire fees, and volunteer most of our time to make it happen.
🖤We use local hire companies, and to invest in local community.

Thanks to and SalvationArmy Communities for Children, Logan, we're making rainbow families feel welcome in everyday spaces.

For the entire second week of the June/July school holidays, our Pride in the Plaza program invites allies and rainbow families take part in a range of creative, family-friendly activities

Hula-hoop, tumble, swirl ribbons, try poi and explore the joy of movement and performance. It’s all about having fun, being creative, and maybe even discovering a hidden talent or two

Fun, family-friendly and full of sparkle, 💖 this joyful session celebrates our diverse identities, ignites imaginations and builds understanding of each other.

Make your own button badge! It's sassy, silly and a lot of fun! Use pre-cut letters, stamps, colourful designs and plenty of pre-made templates. From pronouns to gender-pride - badges are a great way to share who you are.

✨Friday & Saturday - Sparkle Bar Rhinestone Workshop with ! 💎
Unleash your creativity at the Sparkle Bar the ultimate rhinestoning experience.
This fun and interactive 30-minute session, you’ll learn the basics of rhinestoning and transform an item into a glittering masterpiece—with guidance, laughs, and flair from Terry herself.

Make an upcycled pride postcard with us!

Artist Lucian .Flow guides us in adding lino prints, textures, words and illustrations to explore the fluidity, complexity and labels we inhabit as part of our identities.
