Our September Booked and Busy Pick. After a hiatus in August for the Writers’ Fest, we are back in the library on September 5 to discuss the ins and outs of one of the book club set novels purchased so we can all be on the same page!

The setup, the sounds, the senses - everything 💚 Krystle Wild Warrior Yoga created this space for 10 wonderful women two Sundays ago, to experience meditation using all five senses 🫖🖐️🍁 we explored sight through observing the details of the natural items in front of us, sound through the noises of a 5D like nature track, smell and taste with some nibbles and tea, and touch throughout the session in feeling everything in our bodies and out when we held things in our hands

Thanks to Krystle for this session and for always spreading love in this space 🌻 Stay tuned as we have an exciting new collab coming in September along the same lines 🌿 and more to come with Krystle in the future too 🫶

The long awaited Yoga by the Lake session is almost here! Thanks for your patience through our date changes but we are set for this date that actually marks exactly one year since KSS’ first event! 😮

🪷 Join Haweya who is a Hatha instructor with a background in trauma informed yoga, for a slow session by the water on August 16, followed by a hot drink of your choice from Lily Lagoon who have kindly let us use some prime real estate on the edge of Lake Kununurra to start our Sunday morning with mindfulness and intuitive movement ☀️
