What a wonderful time we had at lovely little Florence’s 5th Birthday at the Battery Point Community Hall this weekend.
We loved designing, creating and hosting this party with pops of pink and red and lots of fun for the kids- with circus dress ups & polaroid pics, sideshow style games and of course lots of little giggles and smiles!
Collaborating with other Tassie businesses is something we love to do and this event was no exception, HIRED STYLE created our absolutely incredible ballon installation and Ferris wheel set up which and was the perfect for our room and made the best back drop for our circus dress up photo shoot. Our party people also had gorgeous face painting by .

On a crisp Autumn day, we joined the beautiful Tessa and Justin in the Derwent Valley as they were married under a big old gum tree surrounded by their kids, family and friends.
We had the absolute honour of coordinating the day’s festivities, so Tessa and Justin could focus on the most important part of the day- getting married!

It was a magical experience seeing the sun shine through the clouds just as Tessa and her girls walked through the open field making her way to the ceremony and Justin. The Autumn light was golden and vagg photography captured the whole day with absolute perfection in a truly beautiful collection of Wedding photography.

delivered such a heart warming ceremony which included one super special surprise moment……..as Tessa and Justin share a love of gardening, Rachael arranged their own garden bed and a seed planting as part of the ceremony in the nearby community gardens.

As the afternoon sun went behind the hills, the party was starting just up the road at Swallow Brewery. This venue is truly unique and is filled with an impressive collection of indoor plants, an eclectic mix of furniture and a mural that brought a pop of colour to the space. Guests dined on an epic grazing table by Rub it up Smokehouse and filled up on the delights of Taco Taco, in a party that had the dance floor full all night!

This Wedding was one that we sat back and just took a moment to really take in the love and laughter in the room, such a special Wedding for two special people.
Thank you Tessa and Justin for allowing us to take the reigns and be part of your Wedding day, we never take it for granted that we are invited in to be part of a celebration such as yours and we wish you all the very best for a long and happy life together ###x

These photographs capture the simple beauty of the Battery Point Hall and the perfect floral styling by .
So many highlights in this room including…..the gyp clouds that seemed to float in amongst the tulle features, the beautifully full reflexed white roses, the most lovely personal touch with embroidered napkins with all the guests names made by Rosa herself, our cut glass glassware that complimented the tablescape + the cake by , the most incredible creation we have ever seen.

Again & Nick, thank you for allowing us to be part of this magical celebration we loved every minute x

When it's time to party, do it Barbie style!
We had so much fun celebrating Claudia's 6th Birthday with a Barbie themed party at the Battery Point Community Hall
We set and coordinated an afternoon of festivities for 22 little girls including a make up station, nail salon and a gorgeous Barbie style dress up area where all the party guests chose their favourite outfits and had their own polaroid pictures in frames to take home. We were having so much fun we didn't have a chance to take too many snaps of the festivities, but believe us when we say these girls had so much fun!
Sally Sunshine Entertainment Balloons and Barbie box were so perfect and Ally's Sweet Treats birthday cake was spectacular & Lollies on Hampden Lolly Grazing table was a real hit with the kids and adults alike.
Thank you Claudia (& Claudia's Mum and Dad!) for having us. We had the very best time and loved seeing all the happiness in the room, it was so gorgeous. We had the best time and hope you all did too!

Christmas may just be a distant memory now but just before the festivities really got underway, Gay Flowers & House of A Event Management hosted a beautiful Christmas wreath workshop at one of Hobart’s most spectacular locations Alceme Hobart.

Back for its 3rd year, this time we thought we would mix things up a bit! Our workshop lead by florist Alex, was boutique style class where all our guests had access the the most glorious grazing table of bits and pieces to create their own individual wreath. With succulents to berries, mini apples, dehydrated citrus, native florals, decorative ribbons, a mix of seasonal foliage just to name a few, all our guests choose all the exact elements they loved to create their own personal wreath.

Another wonderful evening that got us into the spirit of the season! Thank you to absolutely everyone that attended our workshop, we had an amazing time and hope you did too! Looking forward to this Christmas coming for Wreath workshop 4!!!!

Following our lead, you will learn the fundamentals of how to construct the perfect wreath using a mix of seasonal foliage. From there you will have access to a grazing table full of different decorative delights to add to your wreath, allowing you to create an individual look that is totally you. Everyone’s designs will be completely different and we can’t wait to see your creativity shine!
Our Christmas Wreath workshop will be held in the heart of Hobart at Alceme. This premium venue is absolutely spectacular, think Grand Ballroom with art deco features and gorgeous cloud like pendant lighting. This venue is truly stunning and we can’t to host you in this impressive space.
All you need to do is bring something to sip and maybe a snack or two and get ready to celebrate the festive season with your friends- we’ll take care of the rest!

Yesterday we had the pleasure of setting the Long Table Spring Luncheon at the Great Lake Hotel. Tasmania. This sold out event saw Executive Chef Paul Foreman craft an exceptional 4 course masterpiece, with each course perfectly harmonised with exquisite wines handpicked from Josef Chromy Wines vineyards.
What says spring better than beautiful daffodils! This mix of spring time colour was complimented with grey runners with gum foliage, votive glass candle holders and finished with lovely sage napkins from Style My Day.
A lovely event and perfect way to welcome the new season!

A little while ago we worked along side the lovely Kellie and Josh to bring their Beach Wedding to life.
Steels Island was the chosen venue for the Wedding day and we were on board to set and style the ceremony and reception, as well Coordinate the day festivities to ensure the day ran as planned. The only little hiccup on the day- the one million crabs that decided to join us on the beach as we were setting the ceremony. But luckily a quick change and move down the beach and we left those crabs way behind!

What a wonderful day, with so many emotions and lots of memories made. Thank you, Kellie and Josh, for having us and trusting us with your special day- we loved every minute of it and wish you a life of happiness.

As always we worked along side some of Tassie’s best!

A little while ago, we set a Fairy Arty party for gorgeous Claudia and all her fairy friends at the Battery Point Hall. We loved creating this beautiful little set up complete with florals, butterflies mushrooms and of course fairies. Sally Sunshine also popped in with a cute Baloon installation for the back of the room.
What better way to spend your 5th Birthday than by creating Fairy art with your friends. The little fairies started by decorating cookies from the amazing Ally's Sweet Treats (who also made the most fabulous Birthday cake) . We then moved onto the painting our fairy canvas and decorating fairy wands. Even our own Remi got in to the fairy action. With so much pink, sparkles and lovely smiles the fairies had a fabulous time!
Thank you so much for having us Claudia (and Claudia’s Mum and Dad!) we loved spending the day with you and hope you had the best time ever ✨💕✨
