Hey everyone! 💖 A quick note about Tables/Seating for the BIG day.

A few people have been asking, so below is how it'll work.

There are no allocated tables/seats again this year. All tables will be low tables set with 10 chairs.

If your group has a couple of extra people, there will be spare chairs around the marquee for you to pull over so you can still sit together. Likewise, if your group is a little smaller than 10, feel free to shuffle a few chairs to another nearby table to help another group out.

If your group is larger than 12–13+, you may just need to spread across another neighbouring table, but don't worry, everyone is very friendly if asked and it always works itself out! There will also be volunteers floating around who are happy to help if needed.

One of the things we absolutely love about this day is seeing new connections and friendships formed. Every year we hear from people who loved meeting locals they may never have crossed paths with otherwise, so don't be afraid to say hello to your 'table neighbourenos' or welcome a few new faces to your group 💕

We did try allocated seating in our first year, but with ticket/name changes right up until the doors opened, it became impossible to keep up!

No need for a mad dash or anything like that. This flexible approach worked really well last year and lets everyone settle in naturally as they arrive.

Evening everyone!

Just a quick clarification around ticket pricing and registrations. When we first launched registrations, there was some conflicting information in an earlier version of the registration details (sorry!), which has now been updated, thank you for your patience while we ensured everything in now aligned.

To keep things simple, if you've already paid, please leave as is, happy to honour the amount you've already paid. The pricing below applies to new payments going forward 💕

There are two ticket prices:

1) Individual tickets or groups of fewer than 10: $75 per person

2) Groups of 10 or more: $70 per person

Registrations
To help us prepare our guest list and to ensure no one is missed, could all guests please complete the registration form via the link, even if you're attending as part of a group - https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScsg5dMXXZu4rZvozq_seVXUupaO7ipocevy2mh2q0J-NM-Vg/viewform?usp=header

If you're not the organiser, you don't need to list everyone's names, just let us know which group you're attending with, and we'll match everything up on our end.

Please note that all guest names must be on our guest list before the event. Unfortunately, we won't be able to provide entry on the day if your name is not on the list.

Also, your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received (submitting the registration form alone doesn't secure your spot).

When making payment, please use your name as the payment reference. If you're part of a group, including the group name is super helpful as well.

Know your normal 💗

Breast cancer doesn’t discriminate – it can impact people of any age or gender. This is why being breast aware matters for everyone.

Being breast aware is simply about getting familiar with how your breasts usually look and feel. There’s no strict routine to follow; it’s more about building small, regular check-ins into everyday moments like showering, getting dressed or applying moisturiser.

🔍 Keep an eye out for changes like:

• any new lump or swelling in the breast
• differences in size, shape or skin texture
• ni**le changes or unexpected discharge
• swelling or discomfort in the armpit or collarbone area
• ongoing or unusual breast or ni**le pain

Most changes aren’t cancer, but if something feels off, it’s always worth getting it checked by a health professional.
