A program very close to our hearts we run here at the farm. Our charity we are linked to is a not for profit charity and your donations are tax deductible. It may have taken me all week to learn how to make this flyer, but now it’s finally made and ready to share around.

Today’s to get sorted list so we are all ready for Yeppoon Seagulls Junior Rugby League tomorrow !!!!

I think we may just travel in our PJ’s tomorrow .. she’s going to be a bit fresh!!!

It’s ok we will have our amazing cacao/maple hot chocolate ready to go !

What a beautiful weekend at Sunny Ridge Nursery 🌸☕️

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who stopped by for a coffee, a chat, a flower, or simply to support a small local business. Your kindness, smiles and support honestly mean the world.

I feel incredibly grateful to be able to combine coffee, community, flowers and connection all in one place. Watching people wander through the nursery with a coffee in hand just feels a little bit magical 🌿

Thank you for supporting local, supporting dreams, and making the weekend so special.

I’ve had a few requests of late … 🍫

So here it is … check the comments for the ”caution“

80 g cacao butter
50g cacao powder
50g maple syrup

Medium heat (metal or glass bowl on pot of not quite boiling water style ) melt the cacao butter until transparent…

Add in room temp maple syrup and stir through

Take off heat and whisk through cacao powder …

Pinch of salt as well takes the edge off the dark chocolate !

Pour onto lined baking tray and smooth out … Chuck in freezer to set ..

You can add anything you like to the melted chocolate mix .. top
With nuts and fruit … stir in peanut butter to make it a fudge .. ect .. the choice is yours !
