They can look almost identical from the outside, however, the brief behind them is completely different.

Weddings are usually chasing atmosphere: soft lighting, drapery, a colour story that ties back to the couple.

Corporate events chase function first: branding, AV, how people move through the space to actually network.

Even the day runs differently. A wedding marquee might sit quiet for hours during the ceremony. A corporate one is often working from early morning registration through to an evening event.
