Howdy partners 🤠. It’s already been a week since our incredible debut show at the Guanaba Country Music Club, so I thought it time we publish some pics 🎶🎉

Special thanks to all who shared the night with us, you were absolutely awesome, and we truly look forward to seeing y’all again in the very near future 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

A lot of video footage has been captured, so we’ll have a collection of clips for you soon, along with band news.

Anyways, that’s a wrap on our start, but it’s really just the beginning of our journey. Giddy up!!!

1. Heading north, EXIT M1 for Rifle Range Road, Pimpama.
2. Turn sharp left onto Rifle Range Road.
3. 400m Turn right to the Pimpama Sports Hub.
4. 50m Turn left and drive up the hill for 650m (Sign to the South Coast Restoration Society).
5. Enter gate, take sharp right, drive another 100m to the Guanaba Country Music Club.

And last, but certainly not least, introducing the Maltese cowboy, Jefferson Lone-star ⭐️ 🎶

A brilliant vocalist and guitar virtuoso, I’d love to link you to his website, but he’s still waiting on a guy in India.

Jefferson’s been gigging solo on the Gold Coast for the past few years, blowing the roof off pubs and clubs with his cut-through pitch and sizzling solos.

He even dazzled the band with his vast collection of foot-pedals and gadgets, negotiating his way into the line-up by agreeing to stop talking about them.

Jefferson’s dream to perform upfront with the Good Ol’ Country Boys comes true this Friday night at the Guanaba Country Music Club. Come along and watch him rip! 🎉🍻🤠

Meet our Dingo, defined in the dictionary of country music, as a wild or half-domesticated drummer. 🥁🎶

Dingo brings decades of experience, having graced the stages of Tamworth and performed in countless bands across this great brown land.

A stand-out performer, his journey began with a tiny drum instruction book. And even though he couldn’t read (and still can’t), the pictures of skins, sticks and metal made him howl at the moon - and his unstoppable drumming journey had begun in Earnest (a town in the Sticks, NT).

Many years later, when Dingo learnt that he could scavenge hot chips for $3, chicken nuggets and chips for $5, or a pie and chips for $5 at the Guanaba Country Music Club on 24 January, his instincts kicked in and he signed on immediately as drummer for the Good Ol’ Country Boys and the big show!

Dingo may have discovered the dirt-cheap booze prices too 🤔 Yee-haaaa 🍻🎉🍷🤠

Introducing Mr Aba-Kirky, rock star bass player ⭐️ with the Uncanny X-Men , “gun-for-hire” session musician 🎸 and creative accountant 🤔

On vocals and bass for the Good Ol’ Country Boys, Kirky has the very best cowboy wardrobe in the entire band - no contest!

He’s done Tamworth, been on Countdown, played to thousands in packed stadiums and auditoriums - but he never dared to dream of making it all the way to the Guanaba Country Music Club.

Howdy y’all. Geoffro B Good here, vocals, keys and page administrator, coming to you from the Pacific Encounter, anchored at Mystery Island in the South Pacific, where I am the piano man.

Over the next two weeks or so, I’ll be introducing you to our band members - so I thought I’d start with myself.

But did you know that ever since I was 3 years old, as evidenced by my childhood photo, all I ever wanted in life was to be a good ol’ country boy - I’m not even sure I knew 🤔

So it appears I’m about to hit the big-time by performing at the Guanaba Country Music Club on the 24th of this month, after which country music superstardom is dead-set assured for me and the boys 🎶🎉🤠🍻
