How I create almost all of my content by myself:
Honestly, I keep it simple.
One of my biggest content hacks is filming B-roll whenever I’m working. I don’t wait for the perfect setup or a professional videographer. I just capture little moments throughout the day curling hair, pinning an upstyle, adding finishing touches, setting up my station, or showing the final transformation.
Then I pair that footage with a strong viral hook.
That’s literally how most of my best-performing content is created.
I also film from different angles and formats so I can reuse the same content for:
• Reels
• Stories
• Carousels
• Educational posts
And trust me… talking to your phone or filming yourself feels awkward at first. I used to feel the same way.
But the more you do it, the easier it gets.
Now I barely think about it—I just hit record and capture the moment.
The biggest mistake I see stylists making is waiting until they feel confident enough to create content.
Start now.
Your future clients don’t care if your first video is perfect.
They just need to find you.
