Live bands this weekend at Swannie’s Bar & Restaurant Southport
Saturday 26th: 4pm Indocile, 6pm Sass N Swagger, 8pm Blueshounds.
Sunday 27th: 1:30 SeVen805 Blueberry Drive, 3pm Magic Mountain, then open mic from 5pm till 9pm!

Here’s a recap of some of the highlights from special events, and last month’s open mic jams!

Huge thanks to everyone who’s performed, or if you just come along to join the fun and support!

Sadly this weekend will be the last time Swannie’s will be open, so come celebrate the fun times we’ve had, and make another memorable moment to go out with a bang!🎶🎸🥁

Get amongst an awesome day of rock this Sunday as Swannie’s Bar & Restaurant Southport opens its doors for the last time with two amazing bands SeVen805 Blueberry Drive at 1:30pm, and Magic Mountain from 3-5pm!
Then our final open mic sesh from 5pm till 9pm, where sadly we close our doors and say goodbye.
So come celebrate this weekend what has been an incredible 6 months of great times and memories made! 🎶🎸🥁🕺🏼

Massive thanks to everyone behind Swannie’s, Athol, Vashti Pete and all the staff, and everyone who has come along to visit, and to Jason Edgar bringing a mini rock fest for our last day so we can go out with a bang!

On the 26th of July will be a huge street festival all across Southport’s main streets! Inside Swannie’s Bar & Restaurant Southport will be two amazing teen bands Indocile and Sass N Swagger, followed by blues rock band Blueshounds to keep you going till late!🎶🎸🥁🕺🏼

We kicked off our first rock night at Swannie’s Bar & Restaurant Southport last month with the amazing The Halsie Minor Band! Such a great show, big thanks to everyone involved!

Any one of any age, genre or level of experience are welcome to put their name down to perform. Get in by start time to choose your spot. 🎶🎼

BYO instruments. 🎸🎻🪗🎺🪕🪇
We supply full PA system, mics, a full 18 piece drum kit, 2 electric guitar amps (1 Boss Katana 50, & 1 Marshall Valvestate 100 on quad cab), a bass quad rig, and a full 88 weighted keys keyboard. 🎹
Message Lanz in advance to make sure certain amps or keys are set up if you need them.
Able to plug in or mic up any instruments for you.📯🎷🪘
Can Bluetooth backing tracks straight to our mixer.
Can easily fit full bands.

Time slots aren’t strict to time, but if the board is full it will be roughly:
4pm jam sesh, 4:30, 5pm, 5:20, 5:40, 6pm, 6:20, 6:40, 7pm, 7:20, 7:40. Sometimes will go to 9pm, or until everyone has performed.
