A certain Holly Jolly Man has rock up at the 2025 Gin Gin Christmas Fair.

His got some gifts for the young ones and of course a chance to get a photo with the big man.

The Bar is open, Canteen is cooking and the Band is putting on a show.

Once again a kind thank you to LCB civil for ensuring free entry for everyone.

Great news for our community — tomorrow’s Christmas Parade is 100% FREE for every resident! 🙌

A huge thank you to LCB Civil, who have very kindly covered all walk-in entry costs.

This support helps cover essential road traffic permits and our live band, making sure the parade can go ahead safely and with great entertainment for all 🎶🚧

Bring the family, bring your Christmas spirit, and come along to enjoy a wonderful community celebration.

AMAZING NEWS GIN GIN!!!!

The 2025 Gin Gin Christmas Fair is now 100% free - A big thanks to LCB CIVIL for their kind support.

Come along and join in on the festivities - starting with the Christmas parade at 2pm, then finishing the evening strong with the Christmas Fair from 3:30pm.

🕒 Event Schedule
• 12:00 PM – Showgrounds open for stall holders
• 1:00 PM – Parade marshalling (May Street Park)
• 2:00 PM – Parade begins
• 3:00 PM – Parade finishes
• 3:30 PM – Christmas Fair gates open
• 4:30 PM – 2EZ live 🎶
• 5:00 PM – Santa arrives 🎅

🚨SAFETY FIRST! 🚨

As a reminder keep in mind these 4 safety points tomorrow:

1️⃣ Stay on the Footpaths: Remember, the parade route is reserved for the vehicles! Please stay on the footpaths to maintain a safe distance from the moving procession.
2️⃣ Don't Run on the Road: No dasher or dancer moves faster than the parade! Refrain from running onto the road to prevent accidents and preserve the holiday spirit.
3️⃣ Keep an Eye on the Little Ones: Keep a watchful eye on the little ones to guarantee their safety and allow them to relish the magic from a secure vantage point.
4️⃣ Stay Hydrated: Whether it's hot cocoa or water, stay hydrated during the event, especially since the weather is warm.

🎄🎉 Christmas is rolling into Gin Gin — the annual Christmas Parade & Fair is nearly here! 🎉🎄

The parade will start at 2:00 PM on May Street and travel through town, finishing on King Street at the Showgrounds.

➡️ Residents along the route should expect minor traffic disruptions during the parade.

Once the parade arrives at the showgrounds, the Christmas Fair begins.... 🎁

Expect great food, market stalls and live music for everyone to enjoy.

🎤 Live singer 2EZ will take the stage at 4:30 PM, followed by Santa’s arrival at 5:00 PM.

🕒 Event Schedule

The community is already buzzing with excitement, and this year’s turnout is expected to be nothing short of incredible.

The count down is on - Just 12 days until the Gin Gin Christmas Parade!!! 🎅🎁

On the 21st of December 2025 the annual Christmas parade will return bigger than ever. 🎉🎊

Beginning on May Street and finishing on King Street (at the show grounds) the parade will travel through the streets of Gin Gin, spreading festive joy. 🚒🎈

** Residents local to the streets (see map) affected by the parade should expect slight disruptions during the progression **

Following the parade progression the festivities continue at the show grounds with the return of the Christmas Fair!!!
Live music, markets, fire works, and the jolly man himself are all set to ensure a fun family friendly event for all. 🎆🎄

The days time line is as follows:

1200: Show grounds open for stall holders
1300: Marshaling for parade at park on May Street
1400: Parade start
1500: Parade Finish
1530: Gates open for Christmas Fair
1600: Emergency services demonstration / competition
1700: Santa Arrival
2030: Fireworks
