Meet Rodi, the man behind every kitchen at The Gerald, including ours here at the BCCC 👨‍🍳

From intimate meetings to our biggest conferences, Rodi and his team make sure every delegate is well fed. He's been Head Chef since 2023, and whether it's a boardroom lunch or a full scale event, he handles it all with a smile.

He's from Hamburg (we call him "handsome from Hamburg", he's yet to deny it), cooking since 2019, and he says what keeps him at The Gerald is the people around him and the room to be creative with his food.

His favourite thing to eat? "The dish I don't cook myself."

What a night 💙 The BCCC was proud to host the WA Police Legacy Charity Gala Ball this past weekend.

The venue was transformed into a Winter Wonderland, with our blue lighting setting the scene and beautiful touches from our local suppliers, decor by Always Lush and AV by 65Thirty Events & Entertainment . We love collaborating with businesses like these to bring an event to life.

Our kitchen team was on top of their game all night, serving up an amazing 3 course alternate drop menu to a packed room without missing a beat.

Thank you to WA Police Legacy for choosing the BCCC for their gala. It was a pleasure to host such a well dressed room and even better fed one.
